Citizenship Preparation Class Has Oct. 2 Start In Lewiston

A free, online class to help people get ready for the U.S. Citizenship Naturalization Test will start in October at  Lewiston Adult Education.

The class begins on Oct. 2. Jessica Trimmer will serve as the teacher.

The class will be held on Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Zoom video conferencing. Zoom can be downloaded onto a laptop or a smart phone.

Students do not have to be Lewiston residents to take the class. They do have to have been a permanent resident of the United States for more than four years and be able to speak, read, and write English at an intermediate level.
